The Solution
Over a period of a week we ran several workshops using the FISH customer service model. Some were run during the day, others overnight to allow for various shifts and job roles. The sessions were simple and fun, following four easy routs to providing excellent service and creating more staff engagement. The success came from including everyone, making it a short focused and asking the delegates for ideas to improve things. These ideas were then collated and passed on the senior L&D and management team and used as a blueprint for service improvement and staff engagement. There is nothing better than being able to leave the business with actions to implement designed by their staff!
