Waddington and Ledger

Sylva Joliffe of Sales Training International has recently ran both Telesales workshops and one to one telesales coaching days for our sales team here at Waddington & Ledger Ltd.We found the workshops to be well planned, specific to our exact needs and both informative as well as motivational and fun. Sylva ensured all participants were involved throughout and were able to demonstrate what they have learned and how they would use it in the work environment.

On the coaching days she further helped each staff member really understand and feel confident in the new skills they had been given, by listening into live calls and giving instant feedback. The course was a success as we have already increased our sales and picked up five new customers as a direct result. We found Sylva an excellent trainer on the subject.
