The Sales Training that you conducted for the Channel Support National Field team has been an absolute success, in my opinion this has been down to a number of reasons:

  • Firstly the training was tailored due to you actually spending a day out with an RSM & SE, this time I feel was invaluable to myself and to the SE on the day however the training material you then developed for the course using the events of this day meant the whole team benefited long term.
  • Your open and honest approach to the training meant that you got the most from your delegates, there was also humour injected which made the learning environment very friendly and relaxed.
  • Above all the ‘proof is in the pudding’ much time, effort and money is put into training events such as this course ran by yourself, so it’s the results after the training which is most important.  On this note I am pleased to say every member of my team no one more than myself have used the skills learnt moving forward, and the SE’s have all taken something different from the course and put it into practice.
  • As a leader of people one aspect of my role which both interests me and is required by me within my role as a regional sales manager, is that of motivation.  The RSM tailored course has certainly helped me further with this and due to it my sales team will individually benefit.

As you yourself always encourage, if I had to make one change to the training it would have been great if you could have spent a day with every one of the team!  If only time and money were in abundance!
