This is to confirm that Sales Training International were assigned to deliver a one week pre-employment “Service & Sales in a Call Centre Environment” training course from 19th -23rd June.
The course was designed to equip delegates with the basic customer service and communication skills to undertake outbound telesales calls potentially leading to an employment position with Select a Phone.
Despite the very short notice, Sales Training International managed to put together a very effective and refreshing training programme which was customised to fit the requirements of the Employer. The training delivered was of a very high quality and standards and was very well received by all delegates.
All delegates found the programme to be very informative and engaging and were particularly impressed by Ian Mayfield’s training techniques. They were especially complimentary on his professionalism and friendly approach.
The trainer demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the subject which he presented in a very dynamic, fun to learn and enjoyable manner. We also found him to be extremely helpful and efficient. On completing the course he compiled very constructive feedback for each delegate which proved to be not only informative, but also very useful and made an impact on final decision made by the employer.
