Requirements

They had a telesales team (in and outbound) who needed to increase their sales ratios.

The Solution

We started by listening in to various calls to assess the current level. We the wrote and delivered a telesales training focusing on in and out bound selling. We then spent the next day with the group listening in to live calls and giving instant feedback and coaching, to ensure the learning was practically applied immediately on return to the workplace.
