Provimi is a world leader in the supply of animal nutrition products. Founded more than 85 years ago it is committed to shaping tomorrow’s animal nutrition while respecting the environment and contributing to food safety.
Requirements
Provimi has a team of European Key Account Managers and they wanted to equip them with updated skills in how to manage high vale key accounts and also prospect for new key accounts.
The Solution
We looked at the client demographic and also the products and services they are selling. We then designed a bespoke Key Account Manager course and delivered it several times in the Netherlands to Key Account Manges from across Europe. We also write and delivered value selling courses and how to negotiate. We left them with a selection of tools they could implement to make the process more structured.
