THE COACHING SKILLS INVENTORY (CSI)

The CSI was designed for the following purposes:

  1. To help employees evaluate their own success in coaching encounters.
  2. To help develop specific targets to improve their coaching skills.

The author conducted several studies of interpersonal skills used by ‘superior’ communicators, and the CSI is based on an analysis of those studies.
