Sales Training International have provided 2 bespoke training courses for ESS personnel this year, one for the sales team and one for the project management team. Each course was extremely well prepared, with Sales Training International spending considerable time understanding ESS’s business and tailoring the training to our specific needs. The courses were highly interactive, with opportunities for personnel to discuss with the trainer day to day issues they face and ways to resolve them.

Overall, the training was of a very high quality, the trainers were experienced and professional and the materials provided invaluable information which has been used on an ongoing basis. I would not hesitate to continue using Sales Training International for the future training needs of ESS.
