David has over 25 years experience in Management, Leadership and Business Development as a trainer, coach and consultant working with leading Organisations in both the private and public sector in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Clients have included Oil and Gas, Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, Pharmaceutical and Leisure.

David started his management career in the international hotel and hospitality industry before moving back to the UK and London to Head the Sales operation of a leading Travel Operator. He has since worked extensively as a development specialist with major international blue chip organisations, as well as working with some of the UK’s leading sports professionals and young talent.

David has a passion for working with people to improve their competence and confidence. He specialises in designing and delivering inspiring programmes that are focused on personal and professional performance improvement. In particular, David is dedicated to finding ways of practically and effectively transferring learning back into the working environment.

With a dynamic, engaging and flexible style, David brings both enjoyment and energy to the training room. His experience in working with a range of industries and cultures from Europe, MENA and the Far East allows him to make training content interesting and relevant to all that attend his sessions.

David has a degree in Business and Psychology, is a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, the UK’s largest provider of accredited Management Development Programmes and is accredited through the ISMM (Institute of Sales and Marketing Management).
